5. Data Anonymization for Internal Usage

In order to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the capabilities of the Agent Keeping app (including our AI-assisted data entry functions), we may review system logs and usage metrics. Any data collected by Agent Keeping is strictly anonymized before internal usage. Personally identifiable information (PII) and raw financial data are stripped, ensuring our engineering teams cannot link telemetry back to your specific business identity.

6. Data Security and Encryption

We implement robust, enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. This includes the use of Google Cloud Secret Manager to securely encrypt and store all API keys, access tokens, and sensitive system credentials. All data transmitted between your device, our servers, and Intuit’s APIs is protected using industry-standard TLS encryption.

7. AI Data Processing

Agent Keeping uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help categorize and format data for entry. Your financial data is securely transmitted to our AI processors solely for the purpose of executing the data entry tasks you initiate. We do not use your non-anonymized private financial data to train public AI models.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask that we correct any inaccurate data. You may also revoke the app's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time via your Intuit dashboard, which will immediately cease any future data collection via the API.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by placing a prominent notice within our application or by sending an email notification.
